Santa Fe Wine Festival - July 4 - July 5
Discover the delicious blends of more than a dozen New Mexico vintners; taste all that you want, and then buy your favorites directly from the makers. All this in a festive atmosphere with live music, food and traditional agricultural products and handmade arts and crafts for sale. El Rancho de las Golondrinas Museum exhibits will also be open.

Community Forum on DWI - July 8
The purpose of this meeting is to raise public awareness and increase public involvement in reducing DWI. Dr. Richard Roth will give backround information on DWI in NM. Another speaker will summarize the recent fatal DWI crash in which 4 teenagers died. All audience members will have a card on which to write suggestions for what citizens and legislators can do to reduce DWI in NM. All suggestions will be transcribed and distributed to all who supply an email address. An open mike will be available for some of the suggestions to be read at the meeting.

Calligrapher Workshop for Teens at Southside Library - July 25
The Santa Fe Public Library will host calligrapher Sherry Bishop who will give a class for teens in writing in gothic lettering style from the 12th century, a time when illuminated and hand lettered books were flourishing. This gothic style has appeal today because of its heavy textural quality. Bishop’s program is for teenagers ages 13 to 18 years old.
