1. How do I get a copy of an ambulance report and / or ambulance bill?

2. How do I get a copy of a fire report?

To obtain a copy of a fire report, the property owner or insurance company needs to submit a request with the date of loss and address of loss.

The request may be faxed to (505) 955-3125 or mailed to:

3. Where is the closest Fire Station and/or fire hydrant to my house?

To find the closest fire station, look at the Stations & Districts Map.

To find the closest fire hydrant, call the City of Santa Fe Water Division at (505) 955-4333.

4. When should I dial Regional Fire Dispatch’s non-emergency number rather than 911?

Please call the Santa Fe Regional Emergency Dispatch Center’s non-emergency number at (505) 428-3730 if:
- Vehicles are blocking access to your street or fire hydrants
- Your fire alarm is malfunctioning and has transmitted a signal to your alarm company
- Your neighbor is burning illegally
- You see smoke in your neighborhood
