1. How can I arrange for automatic payment?

To arrange for automatic payment, contact the Accounts Receivable department at (505) 955-6551, or the Santa Fe Utility department at (505) 955-4333.

2. How does Auto Payment work?

Once the information to set up your account is received, your monthly utility charges will automatically be debited from your checking account.

3. Will I still receive a bill if I am on Auto Payment?

Yes, you will still receive a statement showing what was charged and what has been debited from your account. This will be a statement for your records and not a bill to be paid.
