Frenchy's Field
Many longtime locals may remember Frenchy’s Dairy Farm that occupied what is now city-owned land called Frenchy's Field. Located between Aqua Fria and the Santa Fe River, this 17-acre piece of property was given to the city of Santa Fe on the condition that it only be used  as recreational open space. Today, the park is a passive recreation area landscaped with native wildflowers that links to the Santa Fe River and the city’s open space network of trails and parks. Frenchy's Barn is used for community meetings and other gatherings.
