The mission of the Historic Preservation Division is to preserve the character of Santa Fe by effectively administering the Historic Districts and Archaeological Districts ordinances and by educating the public about historic preservation.

The annual awards, presented by the City of Santa Fe Historic Preservation Division, the Historic Santa Fe Foundation, and the Old Santa Fe Association, highlight achievements in historic preservation and archaeology in the City of Santa Fe. The Historic Preservation Division is currently seeking nominations.
