Public utilities customer service provides assistance for any questions, concerns, or issues that a customer may have regarding refuse, sewer, water billing and services.

A new easy and convenient way to pay your Water, Sewer, and Refuse utility bill.  





The following documents will help in the process of providing further customer service:

                                                       
Application For Service 
This Application is necessary for any person who wishes to trans or obtain services in their name. 

Instructions to Complete the Multi-Family Application 
         Multi-Family Classification Application 

If you should discover that you have established a leak you may apply for a one time adjustment:
One Time Leak Adjustment Application

If you realize that you have a leak but are unsure of the cause you may complete the following application:
One Time Leak Adjustment Due Unknown Cause

To apply for Low Income Adjustment complete the following Applications:
Low Income Credit Application

If you have a home that has been vacant for at least three months you may apply for a vacancy credit:
Vacancy Credit Application

If you are renting and wish to turn the Water, Sewer, and Refuse responsibilties over to the tenent please complete the following forms:
Owner to Tenant Transfer Application
The person/persons taking responsiblity will also need to complete the Application for Service
