Santa Fe Trails Bus System can provide safe, efficient and friendly transportation for the citizens and visitors of Santa Fe. We can take you from home to work, school, shopping, museums, hotels and more.

Santa Fe Ride provides curb-to curb paratransit service for persons who are disabled and unable to use the buses. The service is also for City resident seniors (60 yrs+).

Using the transit system helps not only the quality of air and reduces traffic, but provides clean and efficient transportaition.

Alert: No Service on Thanksgiving Day, November 26
             Friday, Nov. 27, service will be 8:00 am- 8:00 pm

Fares:   Adults:  $1.00 per trip, $2.00 day pass 
                               $20.00 for a 31 day pass

                 Seniors: (60+& persons with disabilities)
                               $.50 per trip, $1.00 day pass
                               $10.00 for a 31 day pass

                 Youth:    0-18 Years:   FREE

Check below for Service Changes to City Transportation System effective 11/2/09

• Weekday bus service will end at 10 p.m. instead of 11:00 p.m. Sunday service will begin at 8:30 a.m.and end at 6:30 p.m. (Saturday times will remain the same)

• Bus Routes 5, 6, & M will run every hour. Routes 1,4,21,22, & 24 will remain the same. Route 2 will continue to run every 15 minutes until 5:30 p.m. Routes M & 2 will now serve the Railyard and the Route 21 will now serve the Nava Ade subdivision on Governor Miles Road.
• Reduced hours of service for Santa Fe Ride passengers from 24 hours service to Monday through Friday 6 a.m.- 10 p.m.; Saturdays 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. The service area for Santa Fe Ride will remain the same.
• Holiday closures for the buses and Santa Fe Ride: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
