2024 Resolutions

  • 2024-16

    A resolution authorizing the sale and consumption of beer and hard cider during the Party on the Pitch Soccer Tournament on June 1-2, 2024, pursuant Subsection 23-6.2(c) SFCC 1987.

  • 2024-14

    A resolution naming the field known as “Fort Marcy Ball Field” “Zozobra Field at Fort Marcy Park”; accepting a monument in the form of Zozobra from the Santa Fe Kiwanis Club and approving the construction of the monument at the entry to Fort Marcy complex-Magers-field park; and allowing Kiwanis Club to place a time-capsule in the monument.

  • 2024-13

    A resolution amending the General Plan’s Future Land Use map designation from Residential Mountain and Rural Protection to Community Commercial for an approximately 4.36 acre property owned by Santa Fe’s Don Juan’s Land, LLC, in particular a parcel located at 1941 Caja del Oro Grant Road (Case No. 2023-7207).

  • 2024-12

    A resolution calling on the City Manager to designate appropriate entities and departments within the City to (1) continue to develop a public-facing management and prioritization system for the maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure for safety and accessibility and (2) develop a formula that identifies a certain share of funding for annual maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure from the funding provided for vehicle travel, generally; providing that the formula shall inform the Complete Streets Division’s and the Parks and Open Space Division’s annual budget requests to the Mayor; directing the City Manager to identify the amount of the proposed budget that is budgeted for the annual maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure; asking the bicycle and pedestrian advisory committee and the Mayor’s Committee on Disability to review the mid-year budgets for the maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure  and to provide input on those budgets for consideration by the Mayor for the upcoming fiscal year budget. 

  • 2024-11

    A resolution authorizing City staff to apply to the New Mexico Film Office to designate the City’s Midtown site as a qualified production facility. 

  • 2024-10

    A resolution allocating 500 acre-feet of water credits to the City of Santa Fe’s water bank.

  • 2024-9

    A resolution finding the building and premises located at 2069 Calle Contento (“property”) to be ruined, damaged, and dilapidated, a menace to the public comfort, health, peace, and safety, and a public nuisance; ordering the owner of record of the property (“owner”) to remove the building, rubbish, and debris from the municipality or otherwise abate the nuisance; and providing that, if the owner does not remove the building rubbish, and debris, or otherwise abate the nuisance, the City of Santa Fe shall abate the nuisance and place a lien on the property in an amount of the cost of the City’s clean-up efforts. 

  • 2024-8

    A resolution amending the Midtown Community Development Plan to clarify how the City will use weighted evaluation criteria to expressly prioritize the selection of proposals for residential development projects that include on-site affordable housing units and/or exceed the minimum housing affordability and community benefits.

    A resolution adopting an updated pay plan for the City of Santa Fe.

  • 2024-6

    A resolution requesting approval of Second Quarter Budget Amendments for Fiscal Year 2024.

  • 2024-5

    A resolution committing to being a more age-friendly city and enrolling in the American Association of Retired Persons ( AARP") age-friendly states and communities network, which, to the extent it is possible, will be a process that incorporates universal design principles.

  • 2024-4

    A resolution recognizing the City Manager as obtaining and holding a governmental liquor license at Fort Marcy Ballpark and encouraging the use local vendors. 

  • 2024-3

    A resolution acknowledging the City’s Fiscal Year 2022 audit report and findings and accepting management’s responses for correcting the findings.

  • A resolution supporting the Appropriation of Funds by The New Mexico Legislature for New Mexico-Grown fresh fruits and vegetables for school and senior meal programs related education programs for schools and farmers.

  • A Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 2022-2 Relating to the Open Meetings Act; and Adopting Annual Notice Requirements Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act for 2023.
