  • Searches: this menu includes searching by a case Attorney, Officer, Party, Police Reference Number, or Vehicle Plate.
  • Cases: if the court docket number is known, this is where the number can be entered.

 

Compliance


Court-required documentation (Community Service, Defensive Driving, etc.) can be submitted via email:  MuniCtServices@santafenm.gov. Please include your contact information and case/citation number.

 

Appearance Plea Waiver


Traffic summons, proof of license, registration and insurance can be submitted via email: SFMuniCourt@santafenm.gov. Please include your contact information and case/citation number.

 

Payments


Court-ordered payments can be made online at citepayusa.com

To access a case, you must have the exact court case number or citation number, as well as the defendant's date of birth. The service provider will charge a fee of 5.95% of the fines or fees for the service.

  • No weapons, backpacks, or large bags in the Courthouse
  • No cell phones, camera/audio-capable devices, or other electronics
  • No gum, food, or drink
  • Only service animals are allowed
  • No conversations in the courtroom while in session
  • No newspapers or reading materials are allowed in the courtroom
  • Decorum in the courtroom is to be respected
  • Please address the Judge as "Your Honor" or by the title "Judge."
