A resolution amending the General Plan’s Future Land Use map designation from Residential Mountain and Rural Protection to Community Commercial for an approximately 4.36 acre property owned by Santa Fe’s Don Juan’s Land, LLC, in particular a parcel located at 1941 Caja del Oro Grant Road (Case No. 2023-7207).

A resolution calling on the City Manager to designate appropriate entities and departments within the City to (1) continue to develop a public-facing management and prioritization system for the maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure for safety and accessibility and (2) develop a formula that identifies a certain share of funding for annual maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure from the funding provided for vehicle travel, generally; providing that the formula shall inform the Complete Streets Division’s and the Parks and Open Space Division’s annual budget requests to the Mayor; directing the City Manager to identify the amount of the proposed budget that is budgeted for the annual maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure; asking the bicycle and pedestrian advisory committee and the Mayor’s Committee on Disability to review the mid-year budgets for the maintenance and repair of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and to provide input on those budgets for consideration by the Mayor for the upcoming fiscal year budget.

A resolution allocating 500 acre-feet of water credits to the City of Santa Fe’s water bank.

A resolution finding the building and premises located at 2069 Calle Contento (“property”) to be ruined, damaged, and dilapidated, a menace to the public comfort, health, peace, and safety, and a public nuisance; ordering the owner of record of the property (“owner”) to remove the building, rubbish, and debris from the municipality or otherwise abate the nuisance; and providing that, if the owner does not remove the building rubbish, and debris, or otherwise abate the nuisance, the City of Santa Fe shall abate the nuisance and place a lien on the property in an amount of the cost of the City’s clean-up efforts.
