Due to the increased threat of flooding from summer monsoons, the City is offering “fill them yourself” sandbags on a first-come, first-served basis to help mitigate potential flood damage.

Bags will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 12th and Friday, Aug. 13th, at Fire Station 5, 1130 Siler Road.

Residents may obtain up to 20 bags for emergency use. Please bring your own shovel. 

Individuals with disabilities or the elderly may receive assistance based on availability of personnel.
