The City of Santa Fe is going live with an addition to its existing Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal on December 21, 2023. After the upgrade, Requests for Quotes, Requests for Proposals and Invitations to Bid will only be accepted electronically through VSS.
To ensure a smooth transition to this electronic processing, it is critical that you update your vendor profile as soon as possible.
Required actions include:
- Update addresses
- Enter Commodity Codes for your services/products
- Verify or add a purchasing contact
