SANTA FE, NM—June 7, 2024—The Office of Economic Development and the Arts and Culture Department has announced a second public tour on Tuesday, June 11 for organizations planning to submit a proposal for Request for Proposals (RFP) #ED-AC-2405. The deadline for proposals has been extended to July 17, 2024.
The RFP seeks an organization to transform the space at 1614 Paseo de Peralta into an arts-based center that’s an asset to the Railyard and the public, and aligns with the City’s goals to support the creative industries. The successful proposal will demonstrate the organization’s unique vision and organizational capacity to lease, develop, activate, and manage the 17,500 square-foot space.
Interested parties who missed the City’s Open House event on May 29 or who would like to bring contractors or other collaborators in for a second look can stop by 1614 Paseo de Peralta on Tuesday between 2 and 3 p.m. No registration or appointment is necessary.
City staff will be on hand to answer basic questions about the building. Questions about the RFP and the City’s goals for the property should be sent in writing to Procurement Manager Casey Dalbor at cjdalbor@santafenm.gov no later than 5 pm on June 12, 2024. Answers will be provided by June 20, 2024.
The RFP and related documents, including a building spec sheet and floor plan, are available on the City’s Asset Development website at sfpublicassets.org.
