The City’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC), chaired by Councilor Michael Garcia, is conducting a Bicycle and Pedestrian Maintenance and Connectivity Survey to support the implementation of Resolution 2024-12 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Maintenance adopted by the Governing Body on March 27, 2024.
