The Recreation Division is offering swim lessons this summer from June 5 through August 4 at Genoveva Chavez Community Center (GCCC) and Bicentennial Pool (BC). The lessons are organized into 4 sessions with multiple levels of instruction per session, and each session costs $60 per registrant. Online reservations for spots will be open during the following dates and times in advance of each session:
- Session 1 Registration: May 26 at 8:00 a.m. through June 2 at 5:00 p.m.
- Session 2 Registration: June 7 at 8 a.m. through June 9 at 5:00 p.m.
- Session 3 Registration: June 21 at 8:00 a.m. through June 23 at 5:00 p.m.
- Session 4 Registration: July 12 at 8:00 a.m. through July 14 at 5:00 p.m.
To sign up for lessons, participants should first reserve a spot online. After reserving a spot, download, print, and complete the registration and waiver form, and bring it to GCCC or Fort Marcy Recreation Center along with payment for the session. Each individual participant requires a completed registration and waiver. Registration forms and payment must be received at GCCC or Fort Marcy prior to the close of the registration window for the session, or the reservation will be forfeited.
FORE kids applications are due on the Thursday before the registration closure date for a reduced rate.
