At a press conference Wednesday, Mayor Alan Webber initiated the 'Clean and Safe' drive alongside the Keep Santa Fe Beautiful Great American Cleanup, scheduled for Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The wide-ranging City efforts will come from several departments and include:

• The Great American Clean Up

• Graffiti clean-up

• Shopping Carts

• Pothole Palooza

• Median Safety

• Median Design and Construction

• Spring Planting

• Nuisance Properties

• Parks Opening and Improvements

• Parking clean-up and Street Sweeping

The city will be providing updates on the ‘Clean and Safe’ campaign this spring and summer.
