On Going:

Hellas Construction: Will be starting new Tennis Court construction at Herb Martinez Park June 8, 2022 through September 8, 2022. Construction to take place at the existing tennis court location and will utilize the parking lot on Las Casitas St. for staging. Traffic is not expected to be affected. Some tree removal will occur and tree replacement will happen in Fall 2022. Please contact Scott Overlie at 505-955-2114 with any questions.

A.A.C: Will be working in the driveway at 130 Lorenzo Rd. All work will be in the driveway, not on Lorenzo Rd. There will be construction traffic on Lorenzo Rd. Work has been delayed by Supply Chain issues. Work is scheduled to last until 06-30-2022. Please contact Teddy Padilla at 505-231-4794 with any questions.

INTERA Inc: Will begin monitoring well drilling and installation at the PNM property and in the surrounding area near Shoofly Street. Work is scheduled to take place from early April 2022 through June 2022. Work will generally occur from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays and from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekends. Detours along the Acequia Trail adjacent to Shoofly Lane may occur at specific site locations and detours signs will be clearly posted in advance. Affects to traffic will be minor, although trucks and heavy machinery will be entering and exiting the site periodically throughout the day. B&D Industries: Will be installing new soccer field lighting at Soccer Valley at the Municipal Recreation Complex starting 02-28-2022 and expected completion 06-15-2022. Work to take place on the first two soccer fields closest to the entrance of the Soccer Valley. No traffic disruptions are expected, areas within the parking lot of the park to be utilized during construction. PNM will sub-contracting work to Kelly Cable for installation of new electrical lines for above project. This work is expected to start May 31, 2022 and should be completed by June 10, 2022. . EMCO Construction: Will be adding a Round About at the intersection of North, South, East, and West Camino Entrada. New Traffic Signals, and Concrete Islands will also be installed at the intersection of Camino Entrada, and Cerrillos Rd. Work is scheduled to begin 02-21-2022 through 07-29-2022. A.A.C. Construction: Will be transferring services from obsolete water mains to their replacements at the former University of Art and Design. Work has been impacted by Supply Chain issues. Work is scheduled to last until 06-25-2022. Please contact Bill Huey at 505-235-2725 with any questions.

Sub Surface Contracting:  Replacement of water mains and services on Apache Avenue, San Ildefonso Road, San Felipe Circle, San Felipe Ave to Otowi, Rosina Street from Apache Ave to Gallegos Lane, Maclovia from Rosina St to Cerrillos St and Isabel St.  Work began in October 2021 and continue until June 30, 2022.  The Current work zone (Street) is San Felipe Circle and San Felipe Ave between Osage and Otowi.
