EnerGov’s online portal (CSS) is currently unable to process invoice payments made by credit card. We are working to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, invoice payments can still be made directly through the City of Santa Fe Finance Department. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as online payment functionality is restored.

Parking Citation Debt? The City of Santa Fe’s LIFE Parking Program May Help Pay Them Off

24 Oct, 2024

The City of Santa Fe’s Low-Income Financial Equity (LIFE) parking program is ready to help eligible low-income individuals resolve parking citation-related debt with the City.

The first step toward help is to complete and submit a (low-income) credit application to the City of Santa Fe’s Utilities Department.

Program participants may participate twice within a rolling five-year period.

Once qualified, here is how it works:

  • A qualified applicant who is participating in the LIFE parking program for the first time is eligible to receive a 50 percent reduction in total current parking citation debt owed to the City of Santa Fe.
  • A qualified applicant who is participating in the LIFE parking program for the second time is eligible to receive a 25% reduction in the total of the current parking debt owed to the City of Santa Fe.
  • Full payment of the reduced amount is required within 30 days from the approval date of the LIFE application.

Click here to fill out the low-income credit application. When the Utilities Billing Division approves the request, please notify us by emailing parking@santafenm.gov.
