Ready Set Go! Fire Preparedness Workshop April 27

A Ready Set Go! Wildfire Preparedness Workshop will be held Saturday, April 27 from 10 am to 1 pm at Christ Church Santa Fe.

Focusing on the topic, ‘How Does the Threat of Fire Affect Your Homeowners’ Insurance?’, there will be an insurance panel discussion on homeowners' fire insurance.

The Great Santa Fe Fireshed Coalition workshop will also bring together experts from the Fire Adapted New Mexico Learning Network, Santa Fe Fireshed Coalition, Forest Stewards Guild, City of Santa Fe Fire Department, Villages of Santa Fe, Christ Church Santa Fe, and AARP New Mexico.

The workshops are free and open to the public. Plenty of free parking. Refreshments will be provided by the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Santa Fe.

Learn how a fire-adapted community can create a safe and resilient community where fire plays its natural role without destroying lives and property.
