The City of Santa Fe Planning and Land Use Department and Business Licensing Office is proud to announce the implementation of upgrades to streamline and modernize City approval for businesses operating in Santa Fe.
Currently, all applications and renewals are available online through the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal.
This initiative will drastically improve service levels and enable all information to be entered by the applicant using one streamlined platform for new applications and renewals. This process improvement will increase the capacity of staff to process licenses more expediently and respond to constituent queries more effectively.
Businesses are the heart of Santa Fe’s economy, and these changes will simplify and expedite the process by which businesses can obtain their City of Santa Fe Business License.
