FAQs

You can report road maintenance issues, graffiti, code violations, missed trash and recycling pickups, encampments, park and trail maintenance issues, abandoned vehicles, and more. If your concern does not fit within these categories, use the “other” field in our online form or call us and ask for assistance.

Because of the volume of requests we receive, we are rarely able to offer an accurate estimation of when a project will be completed. If you wish to check on the status of your work order, call or email our office.

In the event of any emergency, please call 911 immediately. To report non-emergency issues related to crime and law enforcement, please call the Santa Fe Police Department’s non-emergency line at 505-428-3710.

Read the Orange Barrel Report for detailed information about the city’s ongoing and upcoming construction projects. If you have additional questions or concerns, contact us for assistance.

The City of Santa Fe’s GIS Map clearly defines city limits and displays property ownership information. Properties in the white area surrounding the border are outside of city limits. Please note that there are exceptions—certain areas and roadways within city limits are owned and maintained by other entities.

You may file a report anonymously. However, if you choose to do so, you will not be able to receive updates by phone or email.
