Join us for a family-friendly morning at the Municipal Recreation Complex.
The City of Santa Fe invites families to the annual Egg Hunt & Big Truck Event on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Gates open at 9:00 a.m., and the egg hunt begins at 10:00 a.m.

Please follow on-site signs when arriving. Parking is available in Egg Hunt Field Parking, Overflow Parking, and Soccer Field Parking, with shuttle service beginning at 9:00 a.m. from designated lots.

Where to Park

  • Egg Hunt Field Parking — No shuttle service is provided. This is the closest parking area.
  • Overflow Parking — Includes 1 shuttle pickup location (see map).
  • Soccer Field Parking — Includes 3 shuttle pickup locations (see map).

Shuttle Service

  • An 8-passenger van and a 15-passenger shuttle are available.
  • Attendees should fill Egg Hunt Field Parking and Overflow Parking first.
  • The 8-passenger van will serve Overflow Parking.
  • Once those lots are full, both the van and shuttle will serve Soccer Field Parking.

Shuttle service is available only from Overflow Parking and Soccer Field Parking.

  • Overflow Parking: 1 pickup location
  • Soccer Field Parking: 3 pickup locations
  • Pickup Location #1 is ADA accessible

  • Field #1 (Ages 1–3) | Adult Assistance Permitted (1 adult per child)
  • Field #2 (Ages 4–5) | Adult Assistance Permitted (1 adult per child)
  • Field #3 (Ages 6–8) | No Adult Assistance Permitted (ADA Assistance Only)
  • Field #4 (Ages 9–10) | No Adult Assistance Permitted (ADA Assistance Only)

What to Do if You Find a Golden Egg

  • There are 6 golden eggs per field.
  • Each golden egg has a golden ticket inside with the field number and prize number.
  • Redeem golden tickets at the concession stand.
  • You must have both the golden ticket and the golden egg to receive the prize.
  • All lost children should report to the concession stand for assistance.
  • The MC will announce: “Lost Child at Concession Stand”
  • If the child can provide their name and their adult’s name, the MC will include those names in the announcement.
  • If you find a lost child, deliver them to the concession stand and request an MC announcement.
