Santa Fe Fire Department and the City of Santa Fe hosts a Back to School Summer Bash focused on healthy kids and fun.
Santa Fe, NM - The Santa Fe Fire Department, in partnership with the City of Santa Fe and local community organizations, is proud to announce the Back to School Summer Bash, a free family-friendly event designed to promote healthy living and celebrate the upcoming school year.
Join us on Friday, August 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Swan Park in Santa Fe for a day full of games, free food, and exciting giveaways. This high-energy event will highlight positive, healthy activities for kids, including soccer, basketball, painting, and more-all designed to encourage creativity, movement, and community engagement.
"This is more than just a party-it's a show of support from our entire community," said Fire Chief Brian Moya. "We want to create a space where kids can have fun, feel safe, and be inspired to start the school year strong."
The event will also feature community partners from across Santa Fe, each bringing resources, activities, and services centered on child wellness, education, and healthy development. From local artists and sports mentors to health educators and nonprofit leaders, everyone is coming together with one goal: to celebrate and uplift our kids.
Families are encouraged to bring their children, enjoy the festivities, and connect with organizations that care deeply about their future.
