The City of Santa Fe’s Youth and Family Services Division invites community members to a virtual community information and discussion session with representatives from the City of Santa Fe and the Interfaith Community Shelter at Pete's Place, on Thursday, May 4, from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. via Zoom.
This bi-annual neighborhood meeting provides an opportunity for the Interfaith Shelter, Santa Fe Police Department, and City Park Rangers to provide data and information regarding initiatives the City is taking on behalf of the unsheltered population. A “Good Neighbor Agreement” will be introduced for consideration by residents living near the shelter. Residents will have the opportunity to address and ask questions of the City and Interfaith Shelter representatives.
The lease agreement between the Interfaith Community Shelter and the City of Santa Fe requires them to hold at least two meetings a year with businesses and neighbors located within a ½ mile radius of the premises to discuss community concerns and priorities.
