The City of Santa Fe Transit Advisory Board (TAB) is seeking new members.
After the pandemic stopped the TAB meetings, the panel was reinstated by the City's Governing Body, with its first meeting anticipated for December.
TAB is an advisory body that plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Santa Fe's public transportation network.
From route planning and infrastructure development to policy decisions, budget allocations, ridership data, and fuel efficiency, no aspect of the transit system is beyond the TAB's purview.
The board also provides crucial guidance on integrating multimodal transit use, ensuring that bicyclists, seniors, pedestrians, those with disabilities, and the youth community can all navigate and enjoy the city safely.
