The City of Santa Fe owns a portfolio of real estate assets that range from undeveloped land to fully operational commercial buildings. Serving as the nexus between community and economic development, the asset development team regularly reviews its portfolio to identify assets that are currently underutilized and could potentially be sold, leased, donated, or revitalized to support and expand the City’s goals. This process is subject to New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978, Sections 3-54-1 and 3-54-2.

All active City real estate asset solicitations, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and others, will be listed on this page and available to view and download during the active solicitation period.

Requests for access to active solicitation details or their results before their public release cannot be granted, nor can details about respondents and finalists be released until the Governing Body has approved the transaction.
