EnerGov’s online portal (CSS) is currently unable to process invoice payments made by credit card. We are working to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, invoice payments can still be made directly through the City of Santa Fe Finance Department. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as online payment functionality is restored.

If you missed an appointment, city staff are happy to ensure your problem is addressed or resolved. You don’t need a meeting with the Mayor to get help started.
