Great Streets Forum
On July 16th and 17th 2010, the city of Santa Fe’s Department of Housing and Community Development, in partnership with the Santa Fe Art Institute, hosted a forum on urban transformation.
Five urban planners from around the country related their experiences of updating aging arterial roadways. Through stories and slide presentations, they shared information on community involvement, public and private financing, art and design, and successful processes and projects.
