The City of Santa Fe is currently using the Vendor Self-Serve (VSS) procurement portal but will soon transition to OpenGov for all procurement activities.

We are currently processing Emergency Procurements, Invitations to Bid (ITBs), Requests for Applications (RFAs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Sole Source procurements electronically through VSS.

To ensure your company continues to receive notifications and can participate in upcoming opportunities, please register on both platforms:

Munis Vendor Self-Service (VSS):
https://cityofsantafenmvendors.munisselfservice.com/Vendors/default.aspx

OpenGov Procurement Portal:
https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santafenm

Your partnership is important to us. Thank you for helping make this transition a success. Please stay tuned for more updates as we prepare to launch OpenGov fully.
