Effective immediately:
All solicitations issued by the City of Santa Fe (Emergency,  Invitation to Bids (ITB’s), Requests for Applications (RFA’s), Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), Sole Source,  etc.) responses will now be accepted electronically to the Purchasing Division staff only. Solicitation due dates and times will remain the same and enforced for all electronic submittals. The current solicitation templates will be revised indicating the electronic submittal process that will include the Purchasing Division Staff email addresses. Current solicitations that are posted will be amended immediately to ensure the electronic submittal process. Please be advised that the electronic submittal and acceptance for all solicitations is a temporary process change due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
