Administrative Approval Requiring a Site Visit


Administrative approvals for minor alterations are assigned to an HPD staff member after submittal a Historic Districts Application. A site visit will be scheduled with a property owner or their representative. Please see the Historic Districts Process on the Procedures page. If you have been assigned an HPD staff member and know that you will receive administrative approval, you may contact them to determine the status of your administrative request. Administrative approvals are $100.00

 

Maintenance and Repair Administrative Approval


Administrative approvals for maintenance and repair or rooftop appurtenances are assigned to an HPD staff member. Please fill out the Maintenance and Repair Application and email hpdsubmittal@santafenm.gov to apply for administrative approval of maintenance and repair. No PAR is required. The administrative approvals are $100.00.
