The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a single Audio + Visual Services Provider (hereafter known as The Vendor) to provide support integrated with the Community Convention Center’s house system and/ or standalone audio-visual (AV) systems with onsite tech support at the events. B. BACKGROUND INFORMATION A single provider will allow a standard offering of state of the art equipment to be integrated seamlessly with the Convention Center’s Crestron AV system as well as offer a consistent level of customer service. C. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The Vendor services will comprise of an assessment of The Santa Fe Community Convention Center’s client needs, event specific price estimates, setups, onsite tech support, breakdown, storage of equipment and assurance that the integrity of the house Crestron AVsystem remains intact and fully operational during and between events. The Vendor will provide state of the art equipment in very good working condition at all times to integrate with the house Crestron AV system and / or stand-alone systems when necessary. The resulting contract will be a single award for a duration of one year, with option to renew for four (4) years if mutually agreed upon by both parties after successful completion of first year. The Vendor must achieve a high level of positive comments surveyed directly from the Convention Center clients to continue as the single AV provider.
