Solicitations:

The City of Santa Fe, along with Buckman Direct Diversion (BDD), and the Santa Fe Solid Waste Management Agency (SWMA), has modernized how we post and manage procurement opportunities.

All procurement opportunities are now posted in the OpenGov eProcurement Portal, with the exception that Requests for Quotes (RFQs) may be issued by email, through OpenGov, or in Pavilion. This includes: 

• Emergency Procurements 
• Invitations to Bid (ITBs) 
• Requests for Applications (RFAs) 
• Requests for Proposals (RFPs) 
• Requests for Quotes (RFQs) 
• Sole Source Procurements

• Follow solicitations for updates and addenda 
• Submit questions and bids directly through the portal

Important Notes 

• All solicitations, except some quotes, are posted exclusively in OpenGov.
• RFQs may be issued by email, through OpenGov, or in Pavilion. Vendors are encouraged to register in OpenGov and Pavilion, and ensure their email contact information and commodity codes are up to date.
• Munis Vendor Self-Service (VSS) remains required for all financial processing, including contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, payments, etc.
  • Visit VSS
• Deadlines and instructions in each solicitation must be followed exactly.
• Emergency procurements are posted within 3 days of award.
• Sole source notices are posted for 30 days; protests must be submitted within 15 calendar days to: purchasing@santafenm.gov.
