The Capital Projects Section implements the design and construction of the following types of projects:
- Roadway and Street Improvements
- Bridge Construction and Replacement
- Roadway Drainage Improvements
- Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter Improvements
- Recycled Asphalt Paving Projects (Asphalt Paving Program for Unpaved Roads - Resolution 2006-118)
Roadway projects are designed by engineering consultants or in-house and built by construction contractors or city crews.
