The City of Santa Fe Parking Division does not offer refunds for parking. Fees charged incorrectly due to system errors may be considered for refund, but proof of payment is required.

 

Report a Broken Meter

You may report a broken parking meter or pay station by calling 505-955-6973, emailing lxromero@santafenm.gov, or completing the Meter Inspection Request form below. Parking maintenance technicians will respond to the meter and repair it as soon as possible.
