Park Requests for 50 Attendees or Less
Thank you for your submission. We will place your event on our calendar if there is no other event already scheduled for the requested date and location.
At this time, the Special Events Section is short-staffed and unable to issue a permit. However, you may proceed under our First Come, First Served guidelines. Please keep in mind that previously scheduled events, especially larger events, will take priority. We recommend contacting our office in advance to check availability at bvlopez@santafenm.gov.
For future events, please submit your application at least 60 days in advance to allow for proper review and support.
Please note the following requirements:
- Bouncy houses, inflatables, and generators are not permitted.
- Small 10x10 pop up canopies are allowed but may not be staked into the grass; sandbags or weights must be used.
