  • ATVs, golf carts, and motorized scooters are prohibited at BMX Track and MRC Sports Complex.
  • Dogs must be on a leash. 
  • Dog owners must pick up and dispose of all dog waste.
  • No alcohol.
    • Santa Fe City Code #4-2.2 It is unlawful for any person to drink or consume alcoholic liquors or for any person who is the owner, proprietor, operator, or agent of the owner, proprietor, or operator to sell, serve, furnish or permit the drinking or consumption of alcoholic liquors in any public place or any public or private club, whether operated for profit or not, except in this establishment having a license to dispense alcoholic liquors.
  • No firearms.
  • No drugs.

 

 Adult League Permit Fees

  • $25 Permit Fee
  • $25 Fee Per Player Per Season (based on the number of players required to field a team).
  • Rosters must be submitted for all team participants. (Fees apply for one alternate per team based on the number of players on the field for the specified sport.)
  • $300  dmin. Fee for Ordinance enforcement,  dmin. Time, Field Adjustments, monitor Lights, and all maintenance needs.
  • A liability certificate is also required for $1,000,000, and the City of Santa Fe must be the additional insured and certificate holder for the event date. Please include the name and date of the event in the description of the operation portion of the certificate. The City of SF requires the endorsement page in addition to the accord certificate.

 

Youth League & High School Sporting Event Fees

$100 Team Fee Per Season, per sport or recreation activity.

League must provide Field Lining Paint for the lining of fields for games only. (3, 5-gallon buckets per field)

A liability certificate is also required for $1,000,0,00, and the City of Santa Fe must be the additional insured and certificate holder for the event date. Please include the name and date of the event in the description of the operation portion of the certificate. The City of SF requires the endorsement page in addition to the accord certificate.

 

Sports Tournament Fees

  • $25 Permit Fee
  • $100  dmin. Fee per Day for Ordinance enforcement,  dmin. Time, Field Adjustments, monitor Lights, and all maintenance needs.
  • Submit a List of Teams and Rosters
  • $25 Per team
  • $20 Per Vehicle for overnight camping if approved.
  • 60 Days’ Notice for all tournaments
  • A liability certificate is also required for the Amount of $1,000,000 and the City of Santa Fe must be the additional insured and certificate holder for the date of the  ent. Please include the name and date of the event in the description of operation portion of the certif ate. The City of SF requires the endorsement page in addition to the accord certificate.
