Adopted Building Codes
The City of Santa Fe has adopted the following set of international and State of New Mexico construction codes, including Santa Fe-specific amendments to the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code and 2009 International Fire Code. The City of Santa Fe has also adopted a Green Building Code that applies to the construction of new single-family residential dwellings and accessory dwellings (guest houses).
