WATER SERVICE ALERT – June 10, 2026: T&D is repairing a water main break on Camino Del Norte at the intersection of Camino Encantado. Water service will be impacted from 7:30 AM–3:00 PM.
Approximately 30 homes will be without water. Areas affected include Camino Encantado, Circle Drive, and Maison Ridge. Camino Del Norte is closed.

Wastewater Utility Rate Increase

The City of Santa Fe is implementing a price increase for our wastewater utlitiy rates.

Rates will change starting in July. The average city water user will see about $1 extra on their monthly wastewater bill starting in July, increasing by another $1 per month every year for the next ten years.
